Another distinction for the “offices of the future” designed by Fabio Mazzeo for Exclusiva Design in St. Petersburg. The Business Center has gained the remarkable certification issued by the 2016 edition of the Green Awards.
The awards were announced during the ProEstate Moscow 2016 International Real Estate Investment Forum and are aimed at disseminating the experience of successful resource-efficient and environment-minded projects, promoting sustainable the development in Russia.
The project received the certification for “the suitability to the standards, the achievements in innovation and energy and ecological efficiency of the building”.
